Objective - To cost effectively acquire the maximum number of new customers through insert media channels as an extension of existing mass media and vertical print marketing efforts.

What we did…what happened - We identified programs that reached the target audience for each product. We then negotiated steeply discounted insert media rates, sought new opportunities including partnerships, and expanded on existing marketing efforts. Over an eight year period, Bradford’s insert placements with MHI have increased by over 500%. All 9 Bradford Group divisions now use inserts as a core media channel for new customer acquisition, and the company has become the industry’s largest advertiser, delivering hundreds of millions of inserts in over 200 different insert programs.
